MacDiarmid Machine celebrates their 20th anniversary

Newburyport, MA – March 2008 – MacDiarmid Machine Corporation is celebrating their 20th year in business. The company, founded by Scott MacDiarmid, provides CNC machining services to a variety of industries. MacDiarmid’s business philosophy was to provide personalized service from prototype through production – a philosophy still in practice today.

MacDiarmid Machine started in a small facility in Newburyport, MA. During the past 20 years MacDiarmid has expanded several times, growing their manufacturing facility to 5 times the original size and offering state-of-the-art CNC equipment from HAAS and Prototrak. All work stations are computer equipped with CAD software, compatible with the most current file formats to guarantee an accurate exchange of information and rapid response time.

MacDiarmid recently added sheet metal equipment to expand their capabilities list further. “As we continue to work closely with out customer base we found a need for this capability - keeping with our business philosophy we purchased several pieces of equipment to address customer needs,” Scott MacDiarmid.
